Program RoomThrough this adult-geared, introductory program, attendees will learn multiple low-impact skills to protect themselves. Ages 18+
Techniques taught include strikes, protective stances, and release maneuvers to get away from an attacker.
This free class is taught by Las Vegas TaeKwon-Do instructors. Las Vegas TaeKwon-Do stands behind a realistic and practical approach, confident in enabling every member to gain strength, situational awareness, and confidence in self-defense.
Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and no jewelry.
Attendees must sign a waiver to participate. Space is limited. Passes for this event are available at the Customer Service desk starting 30 minutes before the program.
