Explore the powerful connection between gardening and mental wellness in this engaging and interactive workshop.

Ready for a feel-good boost? In this joyful and heart-filled program, Megan and JoJami share stories, smiles, and a fresh perspective on what it means to enjoy gardening while improving your overall health!

Learn how simple gardening practices can reduce stress, improve mood, enhance focus, and promote mindfulness. Led by a gardener and a licensed clinical social worker, this session combines practical gardening skills with evidence-based mental health strategies.

Participants will plant seeds to take home, along with guidance on caring for their plants and their mental health. This workshop provides all needed materials.

Growing Well is a joyful reminder of what’s possible by planting one seed at a time.

JoJami Tyler is a Certified Gardening Coach and founder of Fancy Pants Gardens in Henderson, Nevada.

Megan Alves, LCSW, is a Las Vegas native and founder of Mental Summit, where her love for education meets her passion for mental health.

Free and open to the public. Space is limited. Attendance passes for this event are available at the Customer Service desk on a first-come first-served basis, starting 30 minutes before the program. Attendees must be present to receive a pass.
