Amate Bark painting is an ancient Mexican tradition that is painted on paper made from tree bark. We will view bright and colorful Amate Bark paintings full of colorful plants and fanciful birds then create our own Amate work of art. This Mexican folk art project has lots of color, paint, and fun!
