Casa Italiana di Las Vegas will take you on a virtual food tour around Italy, learning original recipes and the perfect places to eat them. Because in Italy, food is synonymous with culture, art, and tradition.
Highlighting the regional cuisine of northern Italy (10:30am-12pm), a lunch break with tastings of different sauces (12-12:45pm), and regional cuisine of the south (1-2:30pm).
Casa Italiana di Las Vegas is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and divulge traditional and contemporary Italian culture in all its varied forms through educational programs, events, and Italian language courses for children and adults.
This program is part of Around the World at Henderson Libraries, a celebration of countries and cultures.
Paseo Verde Library is located near Lee Family Forum just off S. Green Valley Pkwy. and Paseo Verde Pkwy. This location features a 1,000 square foot glass wall Reading Room, a volunteer-staffed genealogy room, private Zoom Rooms, and a local coffee shop.
