Anyone can save a life. In a cardiac emergency, the real first responder is not always a uniformed professional but often a friend, family member, or even a nearby stranger. This Hands-Only CPR Workshop teaches an easy, effective way to help someone experiencing cardiac arrest. Learn how to respond quickly and confidently using chest compressions only.

Note: You will be on the floor for this workshop.
