In partnership with Head to Heart NV, this session offers tools to set, communicate, and maintain personal boundaries for healthier relationships and greater self-empowerment. 18+

This session provides practical guidance on recognizing, establishing, and maintaining personal boundaries. Participants will explore strategies to communicate their limits effectively, navigate challenging situations with confidence, and honor their own needs while respecting others. Through reflection and interactive exercises, attendees will gain tools to create healthier relationships, reduce stress, and foster a stronger sense of personal empowerment.
