Participants will explore practical and evidence-based techniques to quiet a restless mind and manage anxiety. Through guided practices, reflective exercises, and mindful strategies, attendees will learn how to cultivate mental clarity, reduce stress, and create space for calm and focus in daily life. This session emphasizes awareness, intentionality, and sustainable approaches to emotional well-being, providing tools that can be integrated into everyday routines.
