Discover Tai Chi almost every Thursday in a welcoming class for all abilities. Gentle movements, standing or seated, help improve balance, calm the mind, and promote overall wellbeing.

Join Instructor Jeanne Sands for a rejuvenating exploration of Qigong and Tai Chi, with a special focus on Tao 29. Jeanne guides participants through mindful movements and standing practices, emphasizing both the techniques and the health benefits of these ancient arts. As a certified Tai Chi Instructor through the Lohan School of Shaolin and the World Tai Chi Association, Jeanne brings expertise, clarity, and a deep understanding of the transformative power of these practices.
