Learn and enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi! This class meets (almost) every Thursday. Welcoming participants of all levels, including little to no experience. You may take the class standing or sitting.

Instructor Jeanne Sands teaches a variety of Qigong and Tai Chi while focusing on Tao 29. The health benefits are explained along with standing and movement instructions. Jeanne is a certified Tai Chi Instructor with certification awarded through the Lohan School of Shaolin and World Tai Chi Association.

Note: On the 3rd Thursday, Tai Chi will have meditation.

Paseo Verde Library is located near Lee Family Forum just off S. Green Valley Pkwy. and Paseo Verde Pkwy. This location features a 1,000 square foot glass wall Reading Room, a volunteer-staffed genealogy room, private Zoom Rooms, and a local coffee shop.
