Yoga

Relax and enjoy the benefits of yoga! This class meets on the 2nd Wednesdays of the month. We welcome participants of all levels, including little to no experience. Ages 18+

Promote balance in your mind, body and spirit with yoga in partnership with Yoga for Life Las Vegas.

Chairs are available for those who don't feel comfortable on the floor. All yoga poses can be adapted for chairs.

Space is limited. Passes are available at the service desk 30 minutes before the program. A limited number of yoga mats are available for participants who don't have them. Socks are recommended, but not required.
