Dangle & dot is a care pair team inspiring people to re-think the stigma and negativity surrounding living with dementia.
Nancy Nelson and Kat Hartley, co-founders of dangle & dot, with their enthusiasm, optimism, and lifetime of experience, aim to spread a positive message to those diagnosed with dementia and their loved ones and caregivers: Dare to do dementia different, and live life well, with purpose, for longer. Living with dementia is a new opportunity for personal growth and a renewed chance to create loving, connected relationships with family, friends and co-workers.
Nancy, diagnosed with early onset dementia over ten years ago, and Kat, a care partner who has lost seven family members to Alzheimer's Disease, share their combined combined wisdom, knowledge and insight to offer tips and resources and to empower individuals, friends or care partner teams to rethink dementia topics.
This presentation will be of interest to those diagnosed with dementia or their loved ones, dementia caregivers, and anyone wishing to offer support and empowerment to a friend or business associate living with dementia.
