Learn and enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi, led by instructor Jeanne Sands. This class meets (almost) every Thursday.

Jeanne Sands teaches a variety of Qigong and Tai Chi while focusing on Tao 29. The health benefits are explained along with standing and movement instruction. Jeanne is a certified Tai Chi Instructor. Her certification was awarded through the Lohan School of Shaolin and World Tai Chi Association. She welcomes all with little or no experience. Participants may take the class standing or sitting.

Paseo Verde Library is located near Lee Family Forum just off S. Green Valley Pkwy. and Paseo Verde Pkwy. This location features a 1,000 square foot glass wall Reading Room, a volunteer-staffed genealogy room, private Zoom Rooms, and a local coffee shop.
