Curious about bats? Join Sloan Canyon BLM and the Nevada Department of Wildlife to discover how bats fly, navigate in the dark, hunt, roost, and how you can help them survive in our harsh deserts.

Learn how to identify bats, as well as how scientists are studying them. Then experience a 30-minute survey around the library where we will use the latest technology to listen for bats hunting in the evening. Contact Ranger Gina Mele with any questions. Registration required.
