Through an introductory series of Iyengar style standing yoga postures (asanas), you will learn not only what yoga is, but that the physical and mental health benefits are accessible to everyone! (Warning: This is not a fashion show or a fitness class, but looking and feeling better are natural side effects of yoga.) Wear whatever you’re comfortable in. You need only bring yourself and an optimistic attitude! Water will be provided.
