Discussion of the facts surrounding the atomic bombings of Japan during WWII in order to learn from the past and better understand the urgency of maintaining world peace.

Featuring presentations by Professor Kumiko Noriega of CSN (1 p.m.) and Dr. Akiko Mikamo (3 p.m.), author of "Rising from Ashes." Dr. Mikamo will also be talking about her father, a survivor of the atomic bombs.
